An audience with a rottweiler.

After months of frustration with my solicitor (male, pompous, overweight and coasting to retirement), I have taken the plunge and moved to a new one (young, petite, female, Glaswegian and scary as hell!).
I spent 90 minutes with her this afternoon (that's £225 worth by the way) and left with a completely different impression of my position.
Now that I have a rottweiler on my side maybe things will look up............

That sounds positive, I hope it works out :-)

"female... Glaswegian... scary as hell..."

Yes, that all makes sense. Good luck with your hunting as a pack.

Are you sure you need a solicitor, at all, with such a convincing personality at your side?

I thought that you were as scary as hell! :)

I hope it's OK to joke because clearly you have some serious business to sort out. Good luck.

It was suggested to me that I should represent myself, Sean, but I decided I needed a professional!

Calum - She makes me look like a pussycat ........and retaining a sense of humour about it all is the only thing that keeps me sane ;-)

Ah, Ruth, wish my English were better. Certainly it would help improving my sense of humour.

Good to know, anyway, that you do know my good thoughts are with you.

Sad, but that's what you need to get what's due to you and sons. Glad that you found the right person. Get a rest and let her speak. She'll know what to say. And, yes, if you can laugh about this, it helps a lot.;-)

My best wishes, always!

I hope a Rottie can advance your position better than a tired old hound! Seriously I hope the change is successful

I hope so too Jams. Nothing wrong with a tired old hound, until you put him up against a pitbull!
It will be a fairer match now!

Thanks Claude :-)
