Do I detect an illness coming on?
No, absolutely not. I really enjoy the work I do for SQA, and I have an opt out at any point. But if I don't go I don't get paid, simple as that. However I couldn't stand the thought of the same travel chaos as last weekend.
At long last, I can see, by your new photo, that you are truly ready for winter. Go to work! You're a strong, efficient women, well able to handle chaos, and you might guide people through it. Bonne Chance!
Thanks Claude, but I'm not sure if you mean my new profile pic, or the one on this post! ;-)
Hahaha! You look good and ready in both of them!!!
At least while you deliberate on your options you seem to be looking a bit more sensible than the state I normally see you in. For what it's worth the forecast seems to suggest you should be safe enough (unless another lorry jack-knifes on the brae past my place, of course, but lorry drivers are all too sensible for that aren't they?)
Thanks Andrew. It's taken me a while to grow my winter coat, but it's certainly cosy ;-)
Needs must I suppose. Shame you can't work at home though
Yippeeee! Just heard that the meeting has been cancelled :-)Christmas shopping instead :-)
I have Christmas shopping too. I am not looking forward to it...
